Woody Harrelson (dyslexic), Mark Ruffalo (dyslexic) and Daniel Radcliffe (dyspraxic) represent for neurodiversity in this comedy, action-packed roller coaster of a film.

THE FOUR HORSEMEN (Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, Lizzy Caplan) return for a second mind-bending adventure, elevating the limits of stage illusion to new heights and taking them around the globe. One year after outwitting the FBI and winning the public’s adulation with their Robin Hood-style magic spectacles, the illusionists resurface for a comeback performance in hopes of exposing the unethical practices of a tech magnate. The man behind their vanishing act is none other than WALTER MABRY (Daniel Radcliffe), a tech prodigy who threatens the Horsemen into pulling off their most impossible heist yet. Their only hope is to perform one last unprecedented stunt to clear their names and reveal the mastermind behind it all.
Although this film is a CGI mega-fest, there was still room for the good old art of sleight of hand magic. Mark Ruffalo recalls, ”Magic is indeed a craft. Keith Barry was our head magician. You get to see how they do stuff, how much time goes into it and the kind of preparation and the tricks that look simple are actually quite difficult” (www.dnaindia.com). Despite the difficulty, Mark seems to have put all of that time hanging around on set to good use and learnt some tricks of his own.
However impressive Mark’s ‘illusion’, the film itself doesn’t seem to have wowed the crowds. Described as, ‘try-hard sequel botches the magic trick’, and given 2 stars by the Guardian. ‘Brain-dead sequel turns 2013’s dumbest movie into 2016’s dumbest franchise’ was how Indie Wire described the film, while Rolling Stone says, ‘It’s fun to be fooled. But Now You See Me 2 leaves viewers feeling scammed.’
